Charanpal Kaur
With curiosity and the courage to try something completely unknown to her, Naomi walked in to her first Kundalini class. She walked out feeling sensations that she had never felt before… It was as if she re-discovered her smile. Before long, she developed a loving relationship with this ancient science and technology, noticing how it was changing patterns in her life that she didn’t think possible. It became clear to her that many others would greatly benefit from the technology, and so she committed to become a Teacher.
Naomi studied with Gurmukh at Golden Bridge in Los Angeles. She became certified by the Kundalini Research Institute in 2012, and from Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga in 2013. Her passionate encouragement and sense of humor holds space for deep emotional clearing and strengthening of character. Her spiritual name, Charanpal Kaur, means the lioness that bows at the lotus feet of God, befriending and protecting all. Charanpal feels that sharing the ancient teachings is the greatest gift she can give back to the people of earth, and is humbled and honored to be a link in the Golden Chain of Teachers.

Hannah Muse
Ever since yoga found her, Hannah’s heart has been bursting open and spilling over with love. She feels so blessed to live the life of a yogini and is honored to share it with YOU. Her classes are more than just a series of physical poses: although you will probably sweat, her teachings encompass pranayama, meditation, mudra, mantra, philosophy and her asana instruction combines therapeutic physical alignment with dynamic pranic flow that will nourish, strengthen and align both your physical body and your subtle energy body.
Hannah is a devotee of this Great Mother Earth and has led many environmental efforts on her behalf. She is eternally grateful to the teachers who have blessed her with wisdom along this path, especially Baba Hari Dass whose teachings have most inspired her sacred daily sadhana, Kamalesh Hooven, Sianna Sherman, Jane Austin, and many others. Most of all, her practice is inspired by the grace and unconditional love of her family, especially her 4 year old daughter/Zen master Ruby Bea.
Hannah (RYT-500, E-RYT-200, RPYT) teaches classes, workshops, festivals and retreats in her hometown of Santa Cruz, CA and internationally. She also co-teaches Divinitree’s 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training as well as Mount Madonna Center’s Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. Hannah does not believe that yoga fixes us or fills up something missing; instead she knows with all of her heart that we are already whole divine beings just needing a little reminder – and yoga is the best reminder she has ever found. Jai Maa!!

Aniela Iannarino
Aniela believes Yoga is a powerful healing tool that creates a sense of being easefully seated and content within oneself. In Sanskrit, these terms are “svastha” = comfortable and “santosha” = contentment. In her classes, she invites students to practice and experience these principles through asana, pranayama, meditation, and contemplating various parts of Yogic philosophy. In a class with Aniela, you can expect a mindfully paced mix of Hatha and Vinyasa styles with some Yin/Restorative postures. You will flow through fun and creative sequences and also practice asanas with longer holds, focusing on alignment. The duration of class will always be punctuated with moments of meditation and grounding.
Aniela is certified at the 500 hour level with her last training in Ayurvedic Yoga from the Kailash Tribal School in Dharamsala, India. She considers herself a forever student of Yoga, and is currently studying Feminine form Ayurveda with the Shakti School. She infuses Ayurvedic Wisdom into the structure of classes. Aniela is also a certified Reiki practitioner. When she’s not teaching, she loves being in nature taking hikes, painting, cooking, going to kirtan, and being a general clown.
